The president, Greg Coles, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is certified with the ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Institute and NCMA National concrete masonry association for paver and retaining wall installations and is an authorized Belgard paver and segmental retaining wall systems installer. He is also licensed with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and the Maryland Department of Agriculture, certified in the State of Maryland for erosion and sediment control, and has over 20 years experience working in the landscaping / hardscaping industry.
Mindy Coles, vice president and landscape designer of ALC has over 12 years experience designing unique hardscapes and gardens including hands-on experience. She is a good listener and knows exactly how to develop your landscape into a very family oriented and functional outdoor space that will last for a lifetime, create curb appeal and add a real value to your home and property.
